In the Military aviation institute of the Republic of Uzbekistan, a meeting “leader and youth” was organized with paternally detained youth in the neighborhoods. During the event, a heartfelt conversation was held between employees in the leadership position, who have been in charge for many years in various fields, serving in the fields of Science and technology, economics and military aviation, and young people who are just stepping on the brink of an independent life.
