In accordance with the decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated September 12, 2024, №323, the great scientist and famous statesman Mirzo Ulugbek’s 630th anniversary is widely celebrated in our country.
In this regard, a conference on the theme “Mirzo Ulugbek: a great scientist and a famous statesman” dedicated to the memory of our great ancestor was held at the Military Aviation Institute of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Members of the Kashkadarya regional branch of the Union of Writers of Uzbekistan, the Public Council under the Ministry of Defense, teachers of higher educational institutions located in the region, scientists from non-governmental higher educational institutions, representatives of the regional council of the Youth Union of Uzbekistan participated in it. The issues raised at this conference, which brought together scientists, historians, literary critics, artists and poets, will become an important contribution to the further study of the personality of Mirzo Ulugbek and the history of statehood of the Timurid era. Furthermore, the cadets of the Institute attended with their lectures in this conference.
