The senior teacher of the Department of Tactics and Special Sciences of the Military Aviation Institute of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Lt. Col. Jamal Gulommamatovich Haydarov, won the second place in the “Most Innovative Teacher” competition organized by the Ministry of Defense.
