Specialists from the Anti-Corruption Internal Control Department of the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Uzbekistan held a roundtable discussion at the Military Aviation Institute on “Priority Directions of Combating Corruption in the Republic of Uzbekistan and Issues of Implementing Modern Mechanisms to Prevent Corruption.” The event was organized to discuss corruption crimes committed in the troops and their tragic consequences, as well as to prevent the involvement of military personnel in various types of crimes.

Speakers at the meeting emphasized the relevance and significance of the event and noted in their report that corruption is one of the most dangerous evils that undermines society and leads it to backwardness in our country.

Special attention was paid to the implementation of a new system for combating corruption in the troops of the Ministry of Defense, strengthening public control, and carrying out effective work to form a healthy fear among military personnel.
