At the Military Aviation Institute of the Republic of Uzbekistan, on the initiative of the faculty of training and advanced training of aviation specialists, a republican scientific-theoretical conference on the topic “Features of the development of professional competence of aviation specialists” was held.

The conference was attended by teachers, psychologists, professors and teachers of training centers, pilot instructors and qualified engineers from various higher educational institutions.

The speakers presented proposals on problems related to military service that cadets face in new areas of service after graduation, and ways to solve them in order to learn, assimilate new information, understand important social needs, find new information about the service, process it and apply it in their work, opinions were expressed on strengthening their skills.

An exchange of experience took place based on advanced achievements implemented in higher educational institutions to develop professional competence.
